You know as much as people try to make fun of Ido and his movement techniques, one thing i can say for sure is that his mindset is inspiring. He speaks intelligently, and it's sometimes difficult to go against the crowd. Especially on that high of a platform while being ridiculed by the world. I believe these movement techniques are a huge part of Conor's success in MMA, i'm interested to find out how it translates to boxing

He's right. Roy Jones WAS awkward and unconventional, but Roy Jones had EXPLOSIVE power and BLAZING speed AND lightning quick reflexes. THAT'S why he got away with being unorthodox. If you are an MMA fan ONLY, check his highlights. Conor has power, but it aint explosive AND he's slow and he does not posses lightning quick reflexes. He should've taken Lomochenko up on that offer.
