Idols - Balance Druid - WoW Classic TBC

Never got the starfire idol, so dicided to go get this some days ago on my druid, now I only use this in dungeons pretty much :P Wrath spam is pretty good deps on short fights :D

I never knew about this trinket. I've mainly been using Wrath to fish for Nature's Grace procs but, in dungeons with a hunter, mage, or warlock, I can't keep up my dps by only casting Starfire.

Since you can change idols in combat are there any helpful macros to switch these on/of when casting moon fire then switching back to star fire or wrath spam?

It triggers the gcd so not really no. You could have them up on an action bar to manually switch for certain scenarios but it’s super niche to switch mid combat

@@wuwi5833 what about during lust when the gcd gets reduced I always feel like I have extra time to weave something in or maybe not just a thought

@@nuclearsupernova8072 I feel like you would want starfire idol then anyway which is probably what you have most of the time. I only think it would be worth swapping if you’re on the move and think you’re gonna be spamming wrath or something. Can’t really think of a situation where the changing of idols would be worth it mid combat.

Hey wuwi do you still play bc? I miss vanilla dude, it's the best version of wow In my opinion, even though wrath is pretty good I think vanilla takes the top. Hope you've been good man.
