That animation there is SF3-like glory, and he has a bit of Alpha series look than SF4. Now I would like Dan to have appeared in SF3.

@@ZonnexNecton All of the other characters are great choices. I just think if Dan plays like he always has it will be a waste of a character slot, and no one will use him after a while. They could switch it up and make him a decent character in 5, but we will see i doubt it though.

Raphael Robinson Dan is part of the soul of street fighter. Not having him in this game was a sin to begin with. They mentioned his taunts having a certain mechanic unique to him only so I’m really looking forward to see what they do with him

They just copied and pasted dan from sf4 to sf5. Only now with every character being good with zoning this dan character will be even worse than his last version. Smh

They implemented his taunt in his gameplay but haven't shown how, there are plenty of stuffs we don't know yet about the character
