After undergoing the IELTS myself, in my opinion the complexity of the speaking section is that you're requested to answer questions nobody would've ever expected to receive before. Random descriptive questions during part 1 about ordinary things/activities and how these impact your daily life and on the other hand, argumentative points of view revolving around the topic you talked about for two minutes in part 2; supporting your ideas with real life examples (sometimes you can even make them up) the key is to keep speaking no matter what, so much silence continued by multiple hesitations will significantly decrease yout band score

Hello, I have a question. If I apply for a re-marking for my exam, is there a chance that my score will go down?

In IELTS, when you apply for a re-mark (Enquiry on Results), your score will never go down. It will either stay the same or increase. The examiners who handle the re-marking are senior professionals who review your test to ensure the original score was accurate. So, there's no risk of your score being reduced if you request a re-mark.

I think it is a abstract topic, one cannot measure someones memory by any kind of gadget however for Iq it cannot be said, if I have to answer your question I would say that I do have good memory for things which I experienced or visualized instead of listened or read...
