I do not know exactly why it is 6 only cuz he is so fluent ,on the other hand he was too short with answers and i suppose in part 2 he failed by speaking too short and unspecificly

Exactly, his English speaking is actually good. He just scored a band 6 because of past 2 in the exam. He must talk about the topic more than 1minute and less than 2 minutes. Furthermore, He just said 'YES' to answer some questions. He had to say more actually.This was why he just scored a band 6.

He should have been given 5 band. Because his sentence wasn't coherent, barely used any vocabulary and fluency was quite bad and foremost his answer were to short. No way it is a band 6 level otherwise I would've gotten at least 8

The candidate reacted immediately after hearing the question. It means his fluency is not bad at all. There are 2 things that I don't like about his speaking: 1) he mispronounced somewords, 2) he lacks ideas to speak, that makes his speech short. I did not pay too much attention on his grammar, but I feel like he deserves band 6.5, not 6.
