Just finally watched it. Loved it. I will enjoy many rewatches looking for things I missed the first time :)

Saw it twice. Never cried that much since Robin Williams Hook and Fly Away home! 🤩 I went in for the interesting character designs expect a slapstick comedy but I got so much more

This the correct review for IF.. It was made for kids to understand adult topics… Happens to be soul searching for adults too.

So far this month I've seen Fall Guy and Kingdom of the Apes. Fall Guy was pretty great but apes was a miss imo. Gonna skip out on this one and see Garfield and Furiosa for the rest of the month.

I did not expect much but it was very cute. It did make me think of my childhood. It had a lot of emotional moments. My only complaint was cursing phrases were not necessary. Otherwise I love it.

Don’t bring small children to this unless you like chasing them around the theatre it’s sad and boring. I wanted to like it, brought my 15 year old to it for her birthday because my family loves funny animated films. The disappointment was epic.

It's odd that they placed it in the 80s. Very touching film though, but I don't know if very little kids will like it - it's got some very mature subjects in it

I LOVED THIS MOVIE!!!! I saw an advanced UK screening on 11th and 12th! Laughed along to it, enjoyed every minute of it, and I cried near the third act. can't wait to take my grandmother to see this Toronto when it still plays.

I just came out of the movie. I took my 6 year old and my 9 year old. They both thought it was great. Me? I thought it was okay. I thought the last 10 minutes was the best part. I don't want to spoil it, but I'll just say, the scene after it looks like the movie is over should have been a bigger part of the movie and not just at the end of it. And I gotta be honest, love Ryan but he didn't really do it for me in this movie.

Oh Krasinsky missed one this for sure. For other grown adults giving this movie 5-stars, I am worried about you. Fleming was absolutely fantastic , however this movie was such a disappointment on so many levels. The all star cast were underutilized, and we had no idea which actor voiced the character (except for Carrell). Isn’t that part of the fun of getting big actors to play roles in animated films, so they can swiftly apply their charm to these characters? Think: Antonio Banderas and Eddie Murphy in Shrek. The film was so desperate to TELL you what to feel at certain points. The jokes didn’t land, the tear-jerker scenes feel unearned. The music score was so overwhelming and aimed at solely kids under 10 years old. Most disappointing , the message of the film: “rather then dealing with childhood trauma, you can galavant around New York City with your imaginary friends without parental supervision.

Destroying childrens minds Read the Bible stories to children, They can learn good things, Not spiritistic things Deuteronomy 18:When you have entered into the land that Jehovah your God is giving you, you must not learn to imitate the detestable practices of those nations. 10 There should not be found in you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, anyone who employs divination, anyone practicing magic, anyone who looks for omens, a sorcerer, 11 anyone binding others with a spell, anyone who consults a spirit medium or a fortune-teller, or anyone who inquires of the dead. 12 For whoever does these things is detestable to Jehovah, and on account of these detestable practices Jehovah your God is driving them away from before you. 13 You should prove yourself blameless before Jehovah your God. 14 “For these nations that you are dispossessing used to listen to those practicing magic and divination, but Jehovah your God has not allowed you to do anything like this.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO RUNNNNNNNN PARENTS..... The If movie is a child's endangerment TRAP.... 1. Child leaving the house unsupervised at night. ** Grandma or dad had no clue where she was 2. This little girl followed a GROWN ASS MAN in the dark of night. 3. This little girl was in a GROWN MAN'S apartment by herself and her family had no idea where she was. 4. The girl then gets on the bus with this grown man and travels and still no one knows where she is ....All in search of an imaginary energy. *I love Ryan but not this...... ***We strive to warn our children of strangers and kidnappings and this movie will undermine every child protection rearing you have in place. BEWARE......
