The only reason Preston is pardoned is because of how he literally got fixed by Wallace. So now Preston's harmless and not a danger, but it's not a redemption, just a tune up.

I'm not sure if a truncheon counts as a deadly weapon, since it is designed for non-lethal suppression. Feathers McGraw additionally disturbed the peace with loud music for several hours. Preston's driving isn't careless but aggravated vehicular assault, since it's deliberate. Not sure if Wensleydale's dad would be held accountable for building Preston. Of course he can't defend himself because he is deceased. 11:06 When not using a firearm in a designated area, you must keep it in a case or a broken position in public.

Ok a bunch of your claims are correct except for the first one, because the Cooker is even a police officer going up to someone and bashing them with a truncheon is easily assault with a weapon as long as your not an officer doing that it’s a crime. Also I added the crime reckless use of a firearm at the end so that fixes your claim of having a gun out. I was originally going to put public disturbance with the loud music, but no one or the neighbors except Gromit seemed to care.

I assume Wallace was going to collect the rent by the end of the month, but of course McGraw wouldn't do that. Still the reward money for McGraw's capture more than makes up for it.
