Dude he didn't make them, he just put them through an AI algorithm that puts together faces based on what it knows about human facial structure based on a reference (the screenshots), it doesn't know character design, it doesn't know scarring, Witcher lore, it isn't Team Triss/Yen. It's just a cool machine learning algorithm. It's just an interesting showcase of a piece of tech and that's the point of the video. You should read up on it more or even try it yourself, it's actually pretty cool!
