You're not an idiot. There really isn't much of a joke unless you analyze the goings on. This channel is a parody (a spot on parody at that) of things like BuzzFeed (which I detest but whatever). Often they use dumb titles and "clickbait" buzzwords to try and get more views, and their formats are always clean and unoffensive. Clickhole is like a twisted emulation of BuzzFeed, and I love it for that. As for the content of the video itself, the point is that it doesn't matter what kind of "race" you are, all it is is people talking about some guy eating candles from a doctor's point of view. The title is supposed to imply some sort of racist accent or action from the people there. The beauty of it all is that it doesn't matter. It would be the same result no matter the race of a person. They're all people. That's what I got from it, along with a laugh. Have a good day.
