that clearly was not 3x1st degree murders. 2 counts of self defence and 1 count of 2nd degree murder. the TV host was clearly 1st degree also to prove he incited a riot, you'd have to prove his direct actions were what urged people to riot; when they're rioting against a system that becomes harder to prove the Harley one, because she's assaulting law enforcement that's immediately aggravated assault, not assault and battery also crimes like conspiracy to murder can't be charged on top of attempted murder

In addition to those 3 counts of first degree murder, you should've added an illegal firearm possession charge because it's perfectly clear that he doesn't have a license to possess the gun he used to kill those 3 men, so that should actually be 3 life sentences, an extra 3 years and a hefty $10k fine.

Some of these kinda disagree with. Joker one could argue first two murders were self-defense as the trio were assualting him, but with a illegally possessed firearm. Harley Quinn those murders wouldn't count. She was acting as a federal agent against foreign(not human)/terrorist with intent of mass destruction on American soil. Even, if you didn't consider them that. Still self-defense would still apply as they had clear physical harm/kidnapping intent if not pure lethal intent. Obvviously, not a lawyer, so just my opinion on what would be considered self-defense.
