Not only did he kill those 3 men, but didn't the Green Goblin falsely imprison them in that science lab he blew up and shouldn't that also give him property destruction & use of explosives charges?

Not only is that going to be use of explosives, property destruction and reckless endangerment, but if I were you, I would also add first degree attempted murder since the Green Goblin could've easily killed people & also second degree attempted murder since I counted 67 people on the balcony and 23 people below the balcony and he should've known that they would've been killed as well.
