Have a plan of your own in case he can’t or won’t stay in the boundaries you set. Also, know the affair likely has continued even if the work has changed. It can be addictive. Does a drug addict change his drug habit if you take him out of the nightclub? Sure can help, but once that hook is in, he’s likely to have drug-seeking behavior once the bar is off limits anyway - nature of addiction. Will you get a hotel? Stay with family? Bring the kids? Tell him not to come home if you catch him with her? Change your locks and put his stuff on the curb? These sound drastic but have a plan so in the moment of reeling - when you get dizzy - you have a place - away from him - to land. Just in case. Hope you don’t have to use it.

My wife, been married les then a year with a 14 old baby has cheated with a co worker, shes also has feelings for him. I am devastated and can't handle that she is going to work everyday. Dont know what to do, want to work it out but i can't even look at her

It was his boss that he quit his job for her. She was also the one on the phone log that called him a lot after he quit and I noticed and asked him about it. Now I know, and I know her name starts with an M and I got the phone number, uh OH! He probably told her to quit calling so the log wouldnt show after that first month. I wonder if a wife can sue the employer over a work affair and make her lose her job? He had sent me videos about all kind of reasons that he quit like drinking on the job, not that they got caught canoodling and that is why he had to quit. He quit instead of her becuase she was a manager. Is that the black magic bioch I hope not. God just keeps throwing info at me. Now I just need to figure out what happens on Tuesdays a little after 2pm because it is at that time always. I keep thinking kids out of school but may be her lunch or break time. The plot thickens with identity.

Very nice how you describe it all With all deu respect, i have been the person who cheated on there partner at work. The man a had a affaire with was also merried and had i family. I was merried and had 2 children at the time. Fortunately i am still merried And we now have 4 children. My husband forgave me with great diffuculty There are still times when he talks about it, it is still a painful for him to remember the whole event. But what you describe is not easy because the attraction remains if you work together Even with all these rules, i think the temptation only becomes greater with these rules. It had been 10 years since i cheated on him with that man.

Can you have a suggestion for me ! I really need it, my husband works remotely he started working with 3 Philippine girls 2 years ago but he started treating one in especial very different or “too friendly “ than the other girls. In almost each call that they had he will asked her about her relationship status or dating status. Then when they had a call one on one with a potential client, after the call he will say things like” we got this client because he thought you were cute” . And then he will start teasing her often. August of last year, I found out he resent a picture of her in her personal chat with the following Emojies and and he said “Oh that pic 😮‍💨🔥🔥🔥🔥” then I found he had a message calling her a very too friendly nickname and then he deleted it. Also I found messages where he will say to her “ hope you can sleep like an angel” . He never uses Instagram but he just got on the app to looked for her and send her a friend requests to check her pictures there. He just confessed to me a few days ago that he thought she was cute, then she asked him to sponsor her for a student visa for Canada , then she asked him a favor to buy her a computer and then take the amount from her future paycheck, then she also asked him to please pay for her to change flights because “her bank card wasn’t working” once she arrived to Canada she wrote my husband and asked him to call her a lift and pay for it and then take the amount from her “paycheck “ . I want to make clear that he is the employer and she is the employee. But now things are not going well, I am just feeling very overwhelmed and anxious because I just knew that he is thinking to promote her and that means that they will be interacting more, and have more video work calls and possibly meet her in person in the future ! I just need some help because I don’t feel very well with this situation

From what you describe, it does seem that his relationship with his employee has crossed into inappropriate territory. If you have not addressed your concerns with him, I highly recommend you do that. Begin by sharing with him how uncomfortable it makes you feel, then follow that up with sharing how that behavior can harm your marriage. Each marriage needs boundaries that protect it from inappropriate relationships. For instance, a couple may set a boundary that keeps transparency open when it comes to any business dealings with someone of the opposite sex if those dealings were one on one as opposed to a group. This would apply to both spouses with the idea being to ensure that there isn't an environment for a relationship to cross a line. Protecting our marriages is important and this is one way to do that. Further, your husband will need to be willing to set boundaries at work to keep himself from crossing a line. Boundaries could include things like not discussing personal information and keeping conversations about work as well as no social media connection with employees. His boundaries are up to him, however. So all you can do is recommend he consider this and express to him how important it is for the wellbeing of your relationship.
