Speaking from a personal experience as a single, married, divorced, and remarried guy, here are observations. For the best case scenario, you have the means to get married and raise a family and got a good wife. The wife still can give you headaches. You still have to do things based on irrationality. Women are irrational and have no logic. All they care about is gossip. They don’t want to fix problems. They like to keep them and complain about them day in and day out. For example, my wife complains about a rule at work. Everyone informally knows it. They only follow it when it’s to their advantage. So everyone is back stabbing everyone else. My wife is an honest person. She can’t stab people. She ends up being stabbed all the time. She complains it to me. I told her why don’t you request boss for a meeting to clarify it once and for all? She said she doesn’t want to but complains it everyday. I told her I don’t want to hear about the nonsense everyday. I got tired of the same crap. She said she just wants me to listen and don’t get pissed off. We had huge fights over this stupid many times until I went completely ballistic and cussed her out. She still mentions it from time to time. I just told her to shut up. This is just one example but there are tons of them like I can’t give our toddlers a bath after dark. We are still fighting over this stupid shit. Men and women are different creatures. They are not meant to live together. The advantages of marriage are sex and have kids. For having these two things, you suffer for everything else. If you can be happy to get sex from sex workers and don’t care about kids, don’t have a wife. You won’t get anything out of it but lose everything. As a man, I do value having someone call me daddy and having sex without using condoms. It’s a totally different feeling. Can’t do that with a sex workers because of diseases. In short, it’s not as easy as you think to choose being married or single.

Another example, the house has automatic air conditioning and heat. It keeps it at 75 degree F. It’s nice and cool. The toddlers are comfortable at this temperature. the advantages of marriages are sex and have kids? kids are extra financial burden, they have a high chance in turning bad if they get influenced by a bad mother where most modern women aren't wife material and they might not be yours(modern women's body counts are no joke and they cheat a lot without shame or feeling guilty). as for sex, there are a lot of sexless marriages, they're not eligible to comply to your demand whenever you want it. the quality of sex will only get worse as time goes by. you might get boring even before she get worse or she might get fat and bad looking fast after married by not dieting anymore. she might also getting lazy to put in effort to make herself look good to impress you. you also have the risk of getting cheated on and divorce you, steal your child away from you, weaponizing your child against you, rip off half of your assets and wealth. seem like the advantages you've mentioned doesn't apply to modern women dude.
