Hi Hannah, this was a great video, especially touching on how to track things with Sku's etc! Q: I saw that you were launching a community soon. would that be more interactive like other etsy communities on YT (Chris Heckman, Shimmy Morris) or would it be a vehicle to contain the course/software etc? Regarding the new community, it will definitely be a community-driven program first with a focus on engagement and support. While courses and resources will also be included, the main goal is to build a strong, interactive community as the foundation. What makes this different is that it's a flat, one-time fee rather than a recurring payment, which makes it more accessible and straightforward! awesome video, Hannah. it's amazing how much we learn and evolve over time. do you have a sense of how much regularly posting (versus mass posting) affects the algorithm? "Etsy Consultant," says that mass uploading basically kills your shop because the algorithm can't handle the influx of listings. his method is one listing a day. i've been skeptical of that. you're only the second creator i've heard to bring that up, so i'm curious on your take

Thanks for the great feedback! Regarding the posting strategy, I believe it's less about mass posting versus regular posting and more about consistency. As long as you're consistent and realistic with your uploads, the algorithm will likely respond positively.

I need help!!! I got an email from Etsy telling me that my store was suspended because a $10 fee would not go through. I believe it was due to the fact that I got a new debit card and I neglected to change it. Every time I go to my account and the link that they sent to try to pay it says my balance is zero and I am unable to find anywhere to put $10 in and pay. What can I do to handle this?

I’d recommend contacting Etsy support directly as the best course of action. Provide them with all the details, including any screenshots of the emails you received and what you're seeing when you try to pay the fee. They should be able to guide you through the steps to update your payment method and settle any outstanding fees to get your store back up and running. Since it sounds like the issue might be due to your new debit card, explaining that to them could help speed up the resolution. Hopefully, they can assist you quickly!
