The hardest thing is getting enough traction on social media, to be able to get organic traffic and clients without spending lots of money on ads. Your own previous business that you sold (which you now use as proof to more easily and organically get clients for your consulting business), you relied mostly on ads and you mentioned that you spent over $1k to acquire a client and you had a 32% net profit margin. Most people cannot spend that much. It's much easier to organically get clients when you can talk about how much money you're making every month or how much you've sold a business for, but most people starting an online education business from 0 can't do that. So please make videos about how people can start from 0, without spending money on ads, and get others to organically buy their products.
