Hi Will, I am a German guy who is interested in worldbuilding and board games since childhood. It would be awesome to teach others about both or one of the topics! Are these possible niches? There are 2 options: 1. I teach board game creators/authors/video game creators etc (one to one?) 2. I teach people who play board games or love world building (community?)

The hardest thing is getting enough traction on social media, to be able to get organic traffic and clients without spending lots of money on ads. Your own previous business that you sold (which you now use as proof to more easily and organically get clients for your consulting business), you relied mostly on ads and you mentioned that you spent over $1k to acquire a client and you had a 32% net profit margin. Most people cannot spend that much. It's much easier to organically get clients when you can talk about how much money you're making every month or how much you've sold a business for, but most people starting an online education business from 0 can't do that. Do you think you could have built your trading course business again without spending much on paid ads, and getting most of your customers organically? How much longer would it have taken to scale and sell that business? So please make videos about how people can start from 0, without spending money on ads, and get others to organically buy their products.

I hear you buddy. Question, did you watch this video in-full? I ask because one of the reasons my last business became a frankenstein was due to ads. One thing you might not know is that I scaled that business to $300K a year profit on my own. No team, no ads. Just a Twitter and a KZbin. After that, I began running ads on top of the organic [like I am now] and I wanted to scale, and that path taught me the lesson/s that I share in this video. Kudos on growing it to 300k a year without ads, but could you have grown that trading course business to 400k a month profit mostly organically like you're doing with your current consulting business? I think it would be very hard/close to impossible and would take so much longer, because one thing that makes you stand out in the current business is that you can consistently and easily get customers organically by making videos about how you sold your previous business for millions and how you're making millions a year now. It's much harder to do that for someone starting from 0 on an online education business

william, i would love to do coaching within the mental health umbrella but i’m 19. i understand the power of one percent but i feel as though wealthy, mature people in their 20s or older will not want to listen to what i have to say and that they’d rather pay an older, mature, wiser person with a lot more life experience. how do i not seem entitled as a 19 year old charging 800-1.3k for coaching?
