I can really see why Zeus is a bit peeved that he's not invited to the Thanksgiving party. Both his brothers (Poseidon and Hades), his daughter (Percephone) and his son (Dionysus) are all invited. You're practically poaching his family from him on the day about getting together with your family. Now, your hesitance to invite him over is understandable, but maybe have a talk with him about it further, and maybe trim your guest list down to preserve their evidently fraught family bonds.
