I love that you are telling us to take time for ourselves. I totally agree that it is overwhelming thinking about how Social Workers will handle their jobs with the new laws that may be enacted. As a social work student, I have been anxious about the future but I will be slowing down and focusing on the good things in my life during January. Thanks for this video!
