If marvel villains were charged for their crimes

This is what I keep trying to ask: 1. What film does Admiral Blondsky come from? 2. If he wasn't working with the government at the time of his first few crimes being legal, what would he be charged with? 3. Why did he betray the Government?

Charges I feel are missing against Admiral Blondsky, Green Goblin and Erik Killmonger: Admiral Blondsky: 2nd degree murder (because I am pretty sure that woman died) Unlawful possession of a firearm & 2nd degree attempted murder (since I doubt he has a license to own that firearm and I'm pretty sure he was gonna kill Bruce) Green Goblin: Property damage (in addition to that man's 2nd degree murder, killing the man caused some damage he might have to pay to repair) False imprisonment, property destruction and causing an explosion likely to endanger life or property (in addition to those 3 first degree murders, you also should have added false imprisonment since I assume he trapped them in there and they died in an explosion causing a lot of damage that he would have to pay plus an additional 40 years for causing the explosion that killed those 3 men) Not only would the next scene be property damage, use of explosives, reckless endangerment and 6 1st degree murders, but it would also be 1st degree attempted murder since Green Goblin knew he could've easily killed people. The police scene would actually be 3 counts of assaulting police, a charge of resisting arrest & a 2nd degree murder charge since I assume one of those officers died. Also, the 1st assault & battery charge on Spider-Man would be self-defence since Spiderman was the one about to fight Green Goblin first. But he would have to pay the damages of everything on those tables. Not only would that be assault & battery and property damage on Jamieson, the photographer that takes the pictures of Spider-Man, but he was also trespassing in the building too. Arson (alongside the assault & battery and 2nd degree attempted murder charges since I assume he started the fire in the scene of those crimes) Use of explosives and 2nd degree attempted murder (in addition to the property destruction and trespassing scenes, he could get another use of explosives charge and a 2nd degree attempted murder charge since he should've known that he could've easily killed Aunt May) Mass child abduction & mass attempted child murder (since in addition to taking MJ hostage and recklessly putting a lot of children in danger, he should get a coercion charge for threatening to kill them if Spider-Man didn't make a choice on who to save first. Also, I assume Green Goblin abducted all those children & in addition to the 2nd degree attempted murders of MJ and Peter, he was also about to kill all those children he abducted, even if he didn't realise it. I marked those missing charges on as mass because it's unclear how many children he abducted. Erik Killmonger: Trespassing, first degree attempted murder & aiding the escape of another from lawful custody (in addition to the use of explosives & property damage charges, he was also trespassing in the building and in addition to the dangerous use of a firearm charge, he also knew full well he could have easily killed people, earning him a first degree attempted murder charge. He also broke Ulysses Klaue out of custody as well.) Not only did he kill Klaue in the 2nd degree and not 1st since this was in response to Klaue refusing to believe he wanted to go to Wakanda and thought he was seen as some crazy American, but he also killed 2 of Klaue's workers and he even has marks on his arms and since he says each one is for a kill, this means he's killed lots of other people and we do not know how many marks are on there, so I'd mark that murder charge on as mass and give him a death sentence. Also, you do have a point on the fight between T'Challa and Killmonger being legal since it is that way in their country to fight for the throne. But I have some points that deserve to be made: It wouldn't be legal if they had known Killmonger's evil plans for Wakanda to be destroyed, since that's what T'Challa says to him and I believe him. Plus, it would be a crime in itself for the people of Wakanda to have a thief and killer as their king, even if they only knew about him killing Klaue and not only stealing those 2 artifacts, but also poisoning that woman. Taking all that into account and the fact that his plans are to destroy Wakanda & that Zuri's murder was cheating, this would, all in all, be enough to charge Killmonger over the fight between him and T'Challa with treason, ABH & GBH, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and 1st degree attempted murder. He also tried to kill a lot of other members of the Dora Milaje (including Okoye and Nakia & Shuri too) as well as trying to kill T'Challa for the last time and killing an unknown member of the Dora Milaje, but I do know that it was not Okoye. So yeah, those are the charges against your 3 defendants in this video that I feel are missing, JT.
