4:44, Skinner did commit a crime right there. Since this movie takes place in Paris, France, this would fall under French Law. Skinner is committing Faute Lourde (gross negligence) Faute Grave (Serious Misconduct), and Concealing Evidence faute Lourde and Faunte Grave for stealing the inheritance from the heir (Linguini) | Sentencing would be depending on how long it’s been going on for, which would include fines, and imprisonment. Even though Linguini didn’t know he was the son of Gasteau until Remy bought him the document, it still counts. Concealing Evidence- purposely hiding the will so Linguini doesn’t get ownership or learn he is Gasteau

I understand your claim, but I had already explained the scene Skinner thinks Linguini already knows he is his son, and making him go into a crazy state of confusion. This is explained by Mousait as he states it’s morally questionable but legal, I just put it as a complete misunderstanding, because the two perspectives from both Skinner and Linguini are completely different. Concealing evidence is possible here as he keeps the letter that was given to him, but Linguini had no idea what was in the letter at all, plus the rightful heir had to come forward with evidence, and Linguini just stumbled upon it, and came forward. Also how would gross negligence apply to this at all, it applies to endangerment to people. If they did went to court Linguini as his boss could decide his state as an employee, but wouldn’t face any legal trouble at all from this act.

@@lunarneo757 Yes, he swung the or while Linguini was behind him. This would've resulted in a firing + arrest for Battery & R.E, had Linguini chose to sue his boss!!! He also swat/damaged kitchen property, when he tried & succeeded in hitting Remy! He's also in the wrong, for shouting in the workplace!! However, that would just result in a write-up. Specifically a Counselor's warning!

Hook was a lost boy meaning he was probably a kid for a very long time(On Neverland you never age) apparently his origin goes back to the 1700-1800s and the film takes place in the early 1900s since he’s off the island as a pirate and resembles a near middle aged man he’s probably 30-40 years old.

You can’t die 6 times but you can get multiple death or life charges, just getting one death sentence means your done.
