Coach Blac, I truly mean this from the bottom of my heart. You're words were exactly what I needed to hear in this video. I've been in no contact for a year now. I was it's her for 6 years. I've lost 64 pounds from being 302, and I've spent hours in the gym thinking what I would say to her. When she saw me. Honestly, there is nothing new I can say. She knew how much she meant to me. I would tell her that she was beautiful every single day. I would always make sure we would never go to bed angry. I kept my word that I would never leave her. I think I've done enough, my love has always belonged to me. It has never left, and sometimes I forget that. I'm going to take the extra steps to my future and myself. This is what I did though I went no contact she didn’t block me at all she started trying to say hi o comment on my pics I ignored I started posting pics of me going out and having out with other women she posted pics of her with friends I went no contact again, she reached out and saw a video where I talked about smashing a super hot chick she got mad af I told her she’s got some never bout getting mad when she ended the relationship we started talking little by little then on the phone we met up instantly great date and got back together made her work for it she put a ring on my finger I put one on her wee came back stronger than before she moved in lasted. Coach Blac… glad you put a time-limit on no contact, Sir. Why? All of my lady friends eventually reach-out after a number of months. And, (in my experience) ex-girlfriends eventually reach out at a minimum but as an acquaintance. They test the waters to see your love-life status. Intimate partners who are ex-girlfriends, always will have a special connection with you. The key is when to let go and you nailed it! The holiday season is a great time to reach out after 4-6 months of no contact, and when you do not get a response, you have to let it go. That’s the tough part, letting go. I got a happy Father’s Day text 3 months in NC. After 2 days I decided I should say something, as coach Lee says NC say you should never initiate contact, but if they do you shouldn’t ignore as they will be afraid to reach out more than a couple times. But I saw it really as a breadcrumb, but also a sign it may be killing her inside. 4 years on and off and incredible intimacy. How can she not be feeling it to some degree. I decided to say thank you, and said I’m sure that took courage. She asked me if I saw my daughter ( my ex- wife keeps her from me) I said no, but on a happier note….. NC implies that you are deliberately ignoring her so that she can come back . . . what a simp mindset and behavior (Manipulative and childish, and the worst advice a man can give another man) When someone tells you that they do not want to be with you, you simply move on. When your employer fires you, you don't keep coming back to chat with them, you don't do the NC in hopes that they will call you back. You simply find another place to work and move on, you then focus on your growth so that you can have a much better job and opportunity for a better job. It really depends on why they left you. If they left you for normal reasons, you can probably get them back. But if they left you for someone else, there's ZERO chance. Any time I start to feel how much I miss him, I'm reminded of his last words he texted me that stung my heart so deeply, "I've told you for the 100th time. I broke NC and he reached out and ended up cheating all over again. We broke up the first time he was abusive, and he just disrespected me again verbally. I'm going NC again for my kids and I we deserve so much better I was desperate to have "a family" picture. Now I'm in therapy and wanna be a happier and better mom and person and meet the new me :)

Im fine, happy eating, hang out, etc. hes slowly out of my mind, often during the day I dont even think about him 😂 on previous break ups i also did no contact but tbh this recent break up hit me hard cuz it was too sudden n we were super close. But its okay, it happened many times before so now im the pro at it 😹😹😹 cuz i only sad for few days. I didnt cry at all. I have been eating well (normal) since the break up til now. ANYONE EVER EXPERIENCE THIS?? My relationship was amazing first 3 months then got rocky. She broke up with me over a text when I just visited her 30 min prior. 2 months after breakup, she posted on FB about how she has BPD (borderline personality disorder) and how its ruining her life. She posted about how she lost her "favorite person" and she obsessed over a guy and he didnt feel the same and she said it broke her heart. she told me she has bi polar during relationship. So, it seems she had another guy lined up and she posted about how she always pushes people away and how the guy broke her heart and she was depressed, etc. Im not sure if these videos apply with an ex gf with BPD. Anyone experience this?

I did that for a couple months and mine came back. I stopped texting and calling and went on with my life. I actually stopped thinking about him. He text and called me and we talked. I still liked him but I told him up front I am giving you one more chance but that’s it. Fortunately, we are still together a year later and we are doing good. I did not text him one time. We had a heated conversation before we stopped talking for a few months and then I hung up and didn’t look back. He contacted me first.

No contact works despite whoever reaches first. Just give it some time. I was dating someone (6 months on and off) and we had a breakup twice. I completely detached myself emotionally, changed my number The last breakup which was recent. I went on NC for a few weeks and had to reach out to him to return his stuff. He was still angry at me and told me to toss them which I did 😂 I took a chance to reach out to him a week after and he was all heartbroken and wanted us to start all over again. At this point, I told him that I'm not interested to be in a relationship with him but willing to work things out so we discussed our issues and solutions and I'm taking things super slow, not texting or calling him first

it is crazy to think no contact after four month that you should try something else. You are sitting at home thinking about them and they have gone one with their lives.
