Success story: We were together for 1 year, I fucked up treated her like crap and pushed her away and didn't realize how much I loved her until too late. She broke it off. I went into no contact, she dated someone, I did as well but not to provoke jealousy and just focused on the self-improvement. The things I was doing wrong. Truly transformational period of my life that was spearheaded by focusing on God, religion, my purpose, my work and future. And after 6 months apart we saw each other out and about, grabbed her, kissed her and started talking. It was awkward at first to reestablish trust; it was like getting back on a bike that you liked but that bike got you in a bad accident. Fast forward one month after talking we are back at it better than before and probably will get married and have a kid. My advice, focus on you, your purpose and IF the relationship was of value, they will gravitate towards you. Attract don't chase. Become a magnet and the universe works things out, her or someone else who fits into your magnetic field. Peace and love. Focus on you!

She is hurting now man. She blew up the bridge up of our fourteen year relationship. The last attempt to reconcile I made was back in January . After She ignored me , I knew I was DONE trying to reach out to her. I went completely silent after this. She since called me twice in February and tried to reach out to me on Facebook messenger this past Sunday. I would completely block her on all social media. If she wants to contact you, she has your phone number. But in your case, it seems like she did you wrong (you didn't specify what happened). If she was truly grimy to you, I would go ahead and block her everywhere.

@Champ1988 oh she was grimy. She has multiple profiles and honestly I think if I blocked her she'd try harder . She Is a little crazy .. dont want to go there but she is. If I block her that's just gonna give her reaction. I'm gonna go ahead and drive her crazy even further by not even blocking her. I watch your videos daily and they’ve helped so much. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve reached out. I’ve been hitting the gym 6 times a week, eating clean, Intaking nothing but water, reading more, learning how to play the piano. The no contact rule is a time for you to learn to live without them. 30 days away from someone is enough time to move. If they reach out, that’s a bonus, but after 30 days, you really could care less.

Do YOU for YOU. I learned the hard way many times in the past that once they made up their mind, that's it. It's only different when you're the one who screwed up. Because happiness and anger go hand in hand with driving reactions. So when you screw up, they're mad; and it's easier to course correct because it's in your hands. But when THEY leave? They've moved into indifference. And there is nothing you can do short of throwing a grenade at them that will make them budge. So stay the course. That's all you can do.

Sure, time will certainly kill his feelings for you, but only in case you was toxic, overly needy or if the relationship was mostly bad! However, if it was mostly a good relationship, he will certainly think about you, and miss you! You are now very clerly communicating to him through silence that you can stand tall on your own, be creative, and move forward without him! That is incredible attractive for anyone!! After 3-4 months of NC, he will start wondering, "what's up with her?" , "why is she not contacting me?", "did she move on, does she have a new boyfriend?", and so on... He will then reach out to you as most of the dumpers do! Just continue to work on yourself, and do not contact him for any reason! Trust the process as it will be the best investment you have ever done for yourself, regardless if you take him back or not. You are amazing, and brave!

In this period of no contact the urge to want to send him a text just to see how he’s doing has lessened and in the beginning of this break up I was afraid he would forget about me. I was in NC for a week and my ex gf called my homie upset and crying saying she was thinking about me. Later that day she called me saying the same thing to me. According to her she was " just checking on me " lol. But ever since then she's been texting and calling me about foolishness. She said she misses me I noticed she has been alot more calm. Before a week the longest we went was 5 days without speaking. It was hard. But I guess she sees that I can stay away now. She even told me she's horny lol. We'll see how this plays out. But I can tell she's noticing my calm behavior. When you're a good dude and a catch they realize that it's hard to replace you. I was just insecure at times. My ex dumped me and came back 4 weeks later. We tried to work it out but he said i havent changed and left me again this time blocking me on everything. Valentines day she dumped me because i didnt deliver at the moment when i should have.we share rent and i was late paying my half but we dont live together full time (its complicated and too long a story to tell on here) was with her for 10 years but i was selfish for once and she went mad..its caused a problem but i was always the giver in everything and in all ways and im usually the one that chases...i did for the first 24 hours lots of phone calls not answered by her and then suddenly i done no contact. Been broken up from my kids father for a year but we were supposed to be trying to work it out until I found out last week he actually got into a rebound relationship & had other stuff going on moved her in and everything .. he’s been cheating with me the whole time & I didn’t even know . To make it worse I’m pregnant with his child .. since finding out I’ve went no contact on him & he apologized a few days after it happened saying that he messed up & he was totally wrong for everything and to not keep the kids away from him .. I haven’t spoken since and he texted me again last night saying so I’m really not going to talk to him and then text me at 4am saying ok it’s fine be that way and don’t say he tried to keep in contact with me ..
