There's the version of them that chose you that figuratively is now unalive and the current version that didn't choose you who is a complete stranger, so treat them as that. If they reach out, keep it friendly. If they reconsider and want to try again and you're down, take it slow. Don't make things awkward like you need to scold them for a couple hours for wronging you. There's no need for YOU to reach out and give them the time of day. Their decision was to let you go. Its on them to pursue and repair things, but you also have to give them a path to do the repairs and being open to it if that's your goal. But ya. Two entirely different people in the context of a relationship.

NC for a week, last coonversation was when I picked a few things up I had at her place. I will not reach out, I have very firm standards, she ended relationship out of blue, no real reason given, but wanted me to remain friends. As an average looking, overweight woman, I experience men ALWAYS coming back. I just recently (maybe in the past 18 months) began studying what to do when they DO come back so that I get what I want (apology, marriage, etc.). I would have said 80% of the time before studying, now it's closer to 85% because I'm better at ignoring them and that makes them chase more. I honestly think that it's because I'm not considered "beautiful" by society's standards. So men think that I'll be easily accessible and available because they falsely think that no other men are interested. Then when I reject their advances, they become confused and sometimes angry. It deflates their ego to think that they could lose a "5" so they jump through all kinds of hoops trying to avoid the blow to their ego. For this reason, I still feel dissatisfied because it's not true attraction. Yes, the attraction improves and so does the treatment but the attraction hasn't been strong enough to lead to marriage.

Right now, I'm dealing with a very recent and painful breakup trying to fight the urges of breaking the NO- CONTACT with her as well as craving the connection and intimacy we once shared. You're right about the importance of not letting your emotions get the best of you. We've had so many struggles in the areas of Communication and Trust. After a huge fight we had, I was led to believe we were on a road to recovery only to find out a little later that she was still very embittered about our fight and told me she no longer sees a future between us or having a relationship. As of now, I'm trying to commit to the NO CONTACT rule, however, she did reach out to me offering "friendship." It has been a painful time going from calling each other PET NAMES to only a first name basis. Trust me bro, the no contact rule works!! I made the mistake of slipping back into pursueing and it seriously pushes them away more than anything.. I applied the no contact rule and she reached out, ended up inviting me over, we talked, ended up sleeping together (wouldn’t suggest engaging in that) and I slipped and ended up pursuing and pushed her away, Ultimately no contact shouldn’t be used as a manipulation tool, focus on improving yourself, look at where YOU were making mistakes and figure out how to really deal with the deep issues in you that made you act like that!

The best part of no contact is just reclaiming your own peace, solitude, refocusing the priority to yourself where it should have been all along. It also negates any outlandish, emotional things you may have wanted to say early into the break up. Hell, dont even tell them how hurt you FELT (past tense). Unalive them with kindness. Very basic RESPONSES if they reach out in some way, keep it friendly, keep it brief. You got better, more important shyt to he doing than spending time with someone that gave up in you.

I physically assaulted my ex in a fit of rage as I wasn’t very much in the right mind then. I regret it now and feel very guilty. Willing to do anything to make it right and seeking therapy too. I just hope he comes back to me out of the love we once shared and trust me again that I am working towards changing. Currently he has built up a wall of silence around him and cut off all contact.

I like this...supply and demand. If she dont want what your selling, there's no future in the relationship. You cant change her mind. You've gotta wait until she does that herself. Working on 5 months since break up. Ive had a few convo's with her....I took her for granted so I am trying to show her things will change, but at the end of the day, shes gotta want the relationship. Been very slow progress so far...not sure how much longer I want to hang around.

It hurts a lot in the beginning of the breakup, the pain they caused is there, and you feel mad, rage etc and you want them to pay back sometimes but as much as I am feeling this things it makes me bitter while the other person is having/ enjoying life. And in the middle of that pain, you want for that person to come back, were like expecting a text from them, we want them so bad, we want to run to them, try to fix the relationship, seeing what could have gone different but honestly don’t let anyone blame us for the breakup. I like going through this saying in head,” let emotions subside and then decided.” I also read this saying today, “ Be comfortable waiting a little longer for the things you deserve.”

I always like the video right at the beginning because I know you always spit game... So accurate. I experienced this myself when I broke up with my ex best friend. He keeps begging us to be friends again but the more he does, the more I don't like him. Even if I was just starting to miss him before he reached out. Humans are weird. This has taught me to just wait for my man to reach back out. External pressure will only push him further away. Internal pressure is the only way he can come back

Wish I had learned lesson #2 earlier. Left my ex alone for 11 days and she calls out of the blue. Expresses how she misses me. I let my eagerness which is human (but to the point of the lesson was the wrong move) get the best of me. Now it's like I am in the position I was before we split. Low value in her eyes. This whole thing almost feels like a game but that's life I guess when you're in this situation you can't just demand from a human being and expect instant gratification just because you love them as much as you do. It's been 2 months since the breakup (4 year relationship, first love on both parties), we talked a couple times with me trying to convince him to come back, but now I've reached a point where I don't care if he comes back or not. I deleted all individual photos of us together a week ago because I felt ready to let go. Wife of 4 years... Been threatening to leave for months. I always panic, grovel and beg. It keeps her here for a while until she does it again. She said she wanted out again this past Sunday. Has not spoken a word to me since. We have two kids here with us from our priors. She stays away from the house but comes home usually around 9:00 and goes to bed. When I go to bed she gets up and sleeps on the couch. She even parks her car in the street instead of our driveway now. I found her ring and all the jewelry I bought her over the years in our bathroom drawer this morning.

Post breakup mistakes like letting them continue keeping tabs on you, been there. After a long lingering unhealthy codependent going nowhere, I’m cutting off gracefully and cordially. Mutual accounts, friends etc. have been let go too. Starting to open to possibilities.

@hardkorrekords6687 I've been doing all good. I've had time to actually process the entire breakup and yes I've made mistakes, I didn't trust her, I didn't feel safe around her anymore, and more. But I also know I wasn't like this in the first year of my relationship with her. I was actually a great bf, I did everything that makes a girl happy and I did it naturally. But during my birthday I found out she cheated on me with my best friend. Ofc after a long time of her begging I took her back and that was another mistake. But after that moment I couldn't trust her anymore and it ruined the relationship. I know now for sure that I did my best. I'm just in pain with the thought of disappointment that despite her and I promising each other that even if we break up we will work it out together, she isn't here. She decided to block me. So from that point on I've been living my life. Already an engineer in a race car team. Model, and more. Living my life so believe me when I say after a breakup it is not the end of the world 🖤.

Thank you!! everything you’ve ever said is spot on she lost attraction she thought she was higher in the food chain after the break up from my neediness no doubt. so when I stumbled across your videos I went no contact followed your steps level up in my own life in all aspects it wasn’t easy I must say but I always knew who I was and it was just a matter of getting that back. it took me at least 6 months till I started realising those changes and hitting my goals she recently reached out after seeing the growth (I used socials to flaunt it all) we have arranged a meet up as I am still curious. Ultimately if it’s meant to be it will be I’m not going to force anything and if it doesn’t workout I’ve filled my life with abundance I won’t care I’ll keep doing me with/or without her thank you coach I hope to run into you one day!!!!!
