Most songs after 66 were backlogs from James Paul. Penny lane written by James Paul as well as marcher Martha my dear. You don’t seem to know much. Billy shears was around as a double back in the early days. The music went south after 66 when they ran out of James Paul songs.

I like the implication that Paul was killed and the Beatles somehow found someone who looked and sounded identical, had the same sense of humor, was also as good of a musician, who was also a lefty, and ended up having a child that looks EXACTLY like Paul and Paul’s brother, and that Paul’s family was cool with this fake getting all of the royalties and recognition of the real Paul for the following 60+ years, and the fake Paul ended up being a better writer than real Paul. And all of this is somehow a more logical answer than “Paul didn’t die, his facial change wasn’t nearly as intense as you claim it to be and all of your evidence requires phenomenal logical leaps.”

@@rayburnyarborough4695 I've watched that "documentary", and anyone who got fooled or believed it was George's voice clearly aren't a fan of them or are plain gullible. Clearly the narrater or scriptwriter didn't do a proper research first.

@@zdvxgf I grew up with the Beatles, saw them live on Ed Sullivan, and even played their music. There seems to be many people here in the know. I won’t argue the point. I wasn’t talking about a documentary. It’s two mini cassettes that inadvertently showed up at a radio station. Sure, many videos might have been embellished somewhat. I can’t even post the website on YT where it showed up. So how did you hear them? All I can say is that something drastically changed with the Beatles. Think about it, they introduced drugs and transcendental meditation to this country, even saying that they were more popular than Jesus Christ. Two things really stick out to me; when Faul grew a beard to hide the plastic surgery ( he did look different) and the early b&w films showing Paul playing the bass. He never looked down at what he was playing, he had total command of his instrument. Then, at some point in time “he” was constantly looking down. The whole story makes way too much sense to me. I didn’t know until a while back that the guy broke into George’s house. I had to look that up. They obviously went after him too. I’m not so sure that Tavistock didn’t invent the Beatles as a social experiment. For Maxwell to show up at the “supposed” scene of the accident makes it seem logical. Anyway, it’s ancient history, kept alive by die hard fans. I moved on to the Allman Brothers Band, who also was torn apart by tragedy. One thing for sure, the music will live on! Take care!
@rayburnyarborough4695

He was not a lefty. Paul never looked down at what he was playing and then he did constantly. There are photos of Faul playing the guitar right handed. Paul and John had already written lots of songs and when they started running out is when things really started falling apart.
@zdvxgf
@zdvxgf 27 күн бұрын
@@rayburnyarborough4695 one question, do you play bass? If not then your rationale is invalid and solely basing it alone into how many times Paul looks into his playing is just plain stupid. I am a musician, I play bass, guitar, and has good understanding of music theory. Have you watched his performance for "Silly love songs" during his wings tour? The baseline is more technically challenging and considering that he is also using a "rickenbacker" bass which is a larger scale bass, that's actually a more challenging piece to play while singing and not looking but Paul did a great job with it, see it for yourself. Maybe you're comparing of Paul playing different songs and obviously that's a lazy way to do it. In addition, one of the reasons Paul didn't bother too much looking at his bass playing in the early years was because his basslines back then were pretty basic,repetitive patterns, root and a fifths..etc and the fact his been touring hundred times. But beyond 1966, his playing became more complex and improves, but same feel and technique employed. If he was indeed replaced then majority of the musicians will agree Paul after 1966 is superior than previous Paul. I can't even start how Paul's approach to melodic structure and playing tendencies has always been the same, same voice timbre with identical frequencies..etc I still have lots to prove but I feel like I'm just wasting my time as most of the context will be esoteric.

Worth noting, this is a song about Paul McCartney's childhood nostalgia. And while Paul, John, and George all grew up in the same neighborhood they didn't feel the same way about it - Strawberry Fields Forever is also about nostalgia, and it's very different because John Lennon had a different experience of that neighborhood. Point being, it would have been very hard for anyone other than Paul McCartney to have written that specific song.

Paul was living with the Ashers during the early Beatle years. The mother was a musician and music teacher, and he learned things from her. Paul also was the only Beatle who really connected with George Martin, who had been Mrs. Asher's student. Martin taught Paul a lot. In addition, Paul was already pretty great in the early years, and even his teenage songs are often very sophisticated, if not rock and roll songs. Plus, Paul spent years writing songs with John Lennon, and their collaborations were closer than many of us realize, I think, even in the later years. Jackson's GET BACK shows their comradery, even as the general cracks were widening in the group. So, lots of factors can account for the growing sophistication and brilliance of McCartney's songwriting, in the late Beatles period and beyond.

There's a lot of scientists commenting here but if you dig deep into this you'll see there's plenty of evidence that the swap actually happened . If you see accurate photo analysis of the 1965 Paul and the 1966 Paul ( Faul ) faces, they are absolutely not the same human being . Even forensic vocal analysis backs this up . Some interesting DNA issues and illegitimate children and settlement payments made are also worth mentioning . George Harrison also referred to Paul as Faul in interviews . Never say never until you have proof .

Their chins and earlobes are completely different. Not to mention that the new Paul was somehow 5 inches taller. Also interesting how the Beatles mysteriously stopped touring around this time. There’s a book written about it called “Billy Shears” but it is passed off as a fiction novel.
@patrickbateman9722
@patrickbateman9722 10 ай бұрын
@@Metanoia000 I understand that the "Paul is dead" conspiracy raises intriguing points. However, it's important to examine these claims critically. The differences in facial features and physical traits can often be attributed to angles, lighting, and the natural aging process. Height differences can also be exaggerated over time, and it's worth noting that our perception of height can vary. As for the cessation of tours, The Beatles' decision to stop touring was multifaceted and well-documented. Their intense schedule, increasing artistic focus, and growing fatigue with the touring lifestyle all played a significant role. It's essential to consider the broader context when attributing events to conspiracy theories. The book "Billy Shears" appears to fall into the realm of fiction, where creative storytelling often weaves elements of reality with imaginative narratives. While conspiracy theories can be captivating, it's also crucial to weigh them against credible historical records and verified sources.

It is the most ridiculous of all conspiracy theories because of what would have to take place. You would have to find a guy who was not only an exact replica of Paul, that he would have to be a bigger musical genius than Paul ever was. Because the Imposter wrote Let It Be. The Imposter wrote Hey Jude. The leadership of the band towards the end was at Paul's feet. I doubt they give that power to the Imposter. And of the four Beatles, The Imposter would have by far the most successful solo career. That's like saying that Eddie Van Halen died in 1978, so they found a guy who looked exactly like him in every way, only was a much better guitar player and songwriter. And the rest of the band didn't care. Doesn't make much sense.
@DblTap317

Nothing says fake Paul did write anything. Maybe he's credited so label got more of the publishing money. They changed their looks drastically and all we had was grainy photos and TV back then it would be easy to pass off the "random white dude" look. There are plenty of artists who could assimilate in another band quite well everyone has their ways and styles. Look at Scott Weiland adapting into GNR and making hits for example. I don't think this happened but I wouldn't put it past this industry and 60s and a band this big was worth the chance.

I think this conspiracy has gained traction because the implication is huge (if it were true) and also because the human brain is fascinated by any slight deviation of another human being, if that makes sense. Hell, you could even go as far as saying that Paul was replaced by an android and the conspiracy theorists would love it.

Consider that it was a way of shaking off their past (including performing in concert) and getting everyone’s attention when they began recording their more experiential and often drug influenced catalogue of songs. The whole music world was mesmerized at the time, listening for the ghostly “Paul is dead” clues, while each new song was gradually etched permanently in our minds. Greatest promotional effort of ALL time.

FYI: Billy was not a lefty. At first, they used mirrors to hide him being right handed. Then he found out that by reversing the strings on his guitar, he could more easily play it. I was just getting into rock music when Paul McCartney & Wings was formed, and THAT was the music I fell in love with. I did come to also love The Beatles after the fact, but Paul (or whoever!) was where my heart was truly at. Whether that is Paul or Billy, I love his post-Beatles music best. RIP Linda McCartney. Well, you got a few things wrong. The replacement Paul is usually referred to as "Venom" Paul while the original is called "Naked" Paul (or just Paul). Naked Paul used the car crash as an opportunity to go into hiding and replaced himself with his biggest fan, giving him hypnosis and cosmetic surgery until he had formed Venom Paul. In the years that followed, Venom Paul served as the public face of the real Paul and even served Paul's reputation more than the real Paul could've in some situations. While Venom Paul was putting out hits, Naked Paul was building up a nation of musicians - though both of their efforts would eventually be stamped out by one of Naked Paul's clones/"sons" known as "Solid" Paul.
