Because gallade's evolution method came after? You can't make Gardevoir evolve through gender because it already has an evolution method. Also, I have, like, 20 ralts' in my emerald PC and way to many in Alpha Sapphire. It's a really popular Pokemon. Stop acting like liking Gardevoir is a super rare opinion, it's in the top 5 most popular Pokemon of the year.
