I dont like most female reggae and Dancehall artist because their subject matter is mostly all the same. But Ifrica is one i have ALWAYS loved. I wish her the best.

I checked for Queen Ifrica early. Her early songs were fire. But it seems she is becoming a female Sizzla. She is more about stirring up controversy than making music.

Queen Ifrica looks like father Derick Morgan. Their relationship makes very sad reading. Wishing The Queen bigger things to come.

I think because i was raised by my father solely, and loved him so dearly this situation hurts me ,my father was the greatest man to me ,and Derick Morgan was one of his top artists, this situation is distressing, May they find closure .

@@Jahworks1070 Careless words and an inability to reason is prevalent in Jamaica , you should not be surprised by kamkam4571's statement. People and statements like that yuh pass them off in prayer. May the Creator let justice reign.

I actually don’t like her she’s a disgrace…always cursing out somebody…made me angry that she thinks biracial Jamaicans shouldn’t represent Jamaica 🇯🇲 that they aren’t real Jamaicans…the damn nerve like she owns Jamaica…I don’t believe one word she said about her father Derrick Morgan…that she should want Spice to represent Jamaica is a total joke to me…

If you as a man slept with a woman, then she turns up with a child saying it's yours, isn't it your prerogative to do the necessary checks?Love you Queen, you don't need to be bitter abt anything and spoil your nice vibes.

If it occurred, Ifrica is hurting. If it did not happen, Morgan is hurting. i wish they could have reasoned this out between the two of them or with unbiased third or fourth parties. Jamaicans..let us not be hypocrites though. There is a “serious” disrespect for other ones personal space, bodies and property that cannot be denied. In a country where “too many” entities feel free to comment on strangers genitalia and or breasts in public..of late, some even seem emboldened to “sexually harass their same gender also.” When too many public passenger vehicles operators feel it is normal to subject their passengers (including school children) to abnormally high levels of the crudest sexual vulgarity (directed at females) and transport authority have no effective codes to stop the “public auditory assaults” it is a reflection there is something seriously wrong. If these things are occurring in public..what is happening in private? Jamaicans have yet to address the traumas of historical (and current) mistreatments by invaders and clan wars among each other, to each other from whence some of these behaviors have come forth. Also..who is now “paying” entities within our country to “wage explicit sexual content music war attacks” against it’s own people..especially females. Yes..there is a psychological sexual war taking place and it is being “funded” by whom? The negative practices carry over to every day life..a grown person said something most inappropriate to some teenagers recently..it was grossly out of order but to my surprise..the young teens clapped back and explained to the person what a “ants nest” could be used for. Hope we can all successfully confront uncomfortable topics that can cause pain..in order for us all to heal. Peace.

I'm curious... Do you have an opinion on who may be lying? I'm now in my 70s and Derrick Morgan has been my favourite since the days of Laurel Aitken, Bobby Aitken, Justin Hines, Prince Buster, Higgs & Wilson, and the like. I'd be so disappointed if such an accusation was to be true. On the other hand, Queen Ifrica stands out to me in the mass of mediocrity we have today with all her positivity. I just hope the truth will come to the fore and the situation resolved. Really sad, one way or the other. --Æ.

I think she is telling the truth, he had an interview on the interview with the vlogger, Teacher, he asked him if she was his daughter, he answered and said no, she was his good friend, he didn't see her as his daughter, he told the mother to abort her, you will be surprised the things people do.

@@marciadenson4382 Thanks for the reference to the Teach Dem interview. Apart from what we're talking about, it was a great interview. I don't know what to say... I agree his answer was vague. Like "she is my friend but she's my daughter"??? Suspicious bad! --Æ.

Not at all saying her allegation is true, I know 3 cases over my 60+ years where blind or visually impaired man s.xu.lly assaulted and/or beat a woman. Two of those men were blinded by diabetes and you frighten to know how they lured the women to within reach them grab and assaulted them. The key is that these women trusted and just never thought that the men could harm them. Yes, blind strong and desperate men can find strength to do things to women.
