@@philderkomischetyp4481 I would disagree, teenagers minds are not fully developed nor do they have as much experience as adults generally. Too many people confuse feminism and misandry. They are NOT the same. Let me clarify: Feminism = equality for all genders Misogyny = sexism against women Misandry = sexism against men Just because feminism has the word "feminine" in it doesn't mean it's for bringing men down. Some people will tell you they're feminists but are in fact misandrists.

Also as far as acting gay there no one way to act when someone is gay it’s simply a sexuality meaning they are attracted to the same sex. i agree with liz on the feminism part! But feminism goes way beyond just employment opportunities, but social, economic, and reproductive security/ safety. it’s truly sad to hear that some of the boys here have negative experiences with feminism and being “brought down,” and i hope that they are exposed to men and women who can give more positive insights to the movement and everything we stand for. i disagree that men should be brought down in the name of feminism because that would be counterintuitive to the idea of gender equality, especially because i believe that we should exert more energy into protecting and representing women in ther families, jobs, communities, etc., than bringing down men

I too was surprised when they responded from an economic standpoint, given the fact that feminism is much more than that. It might have to do with them being American and the education they received because of the country's mentality. Nevertheless, It's very insightful to see young people to talk about delicate topics, wether I agree with them or not. You could see they lacked the experience in life that other guests usually show just because they're older and have been through a lot more, but I appreciate their bravery to put themselves out there and be vocal about their views on the world. One thing ia clear: we're a long way off with today's kids.

It also prevents men from having a partner because the main initial drive is sex and you're already jerking off so you are even less prone to finding a partner (not to mention the fear of rejection or approach anxiety which diminish even further your need to interact with women).

The main issue with feminism is that it inherently excludes men and their issues. There is a reason you only hear about the professions where men dominate but not the ones where women do. 60% of new doctors are women, most psychologist, nurses, teachers are women but no one seeks to equalize that.

You know, it's interesting. From the experiences I've had with women, I've just learned not to trust them at all. I know sociopathic men and dudes who are complete aholes and yet I feel like, from my experiences, women are so much more manipulative, self centered, and apathetic. I was in a relationship and I always took care of her, even when I was actively working or in class. And ONE TIME, JUST ONCE, I cried in front of her. Well, she put me on blast online and completely misquoted me and made me seem like an ahole. Then, she cheated on me and she began crying when I told her that I was leaving her, even threatening to harm herself indefinitely. Second chick I talked to happened to come into my life after two family members died of mine. She was the only one to hug me, infact she would corner me and literally chase me to hug me. Eventually I fell in "love" and she used me, played me, lied to me, gave false promises, and eventually kicked me to the curb. And I know a lot of other really crappy women, some worse than my examples, that my friends have met and been with. I quickly learned that women, from my experiences, see men as a game/toy. We are to be used and thrown away. I tell myself it's not all women, but it seems like it's fan near every woman I know except my mom. Luckily, I like to think I'm more self aware than the average person so I don't hold anything against women. Nor do I see all of them in the same light. I try my best to be fair. But, now, I definitely walk with extreme caution. And that same caution, I feel like, will leave me lonely for quite some time. I'm around the same age as the people in this video, and I find it interesting just how MUCH an individuals experiences can shape their views and mindsets. This was neat.

With the feminism question the truth is that most women and people fighting for feminism just want equality and aren’t trying to actively tear down men but in a world where men are still very much ahead sometimes men will have to be torn down to make way for women. I also agree that there are some people who take it too far sometimes but that goes for pretty much all groups. For example with the guy who said that people would put him down while hyping each other up, I feel like that shouldn’t be credited to feminism but rather that individual and many men do the same where they hype each other up and put women down all the time to a point where it’s normalised.

I don’t judge any of the teens who think it’s gone to far but the way the one guy was saying “you need to put in work” especially rubbed me wrong just bc the whole point of feminism is that. Same work - same opportunities. Not same opportunities less work or no work. Even though feminism has historically been only for white women it should be for equality and equity for all women

I also had an issue with that because women then and now have "put in the work" and most likely much harder than some of their other male counterparts if they're in a male-dominated industry or an industry where men have the most power (which is most jobs lets be honest) but they still would get paid less which is why women are given more opportunity with things but that still doesn't mean they have it easier even with more opportunities given to them.

I agree with your point, however, I will just give a life experience of mine. i worked in construction. It was 100% men. When the diversity in employment became mandatory we noticed women getting brought in to do the job with us. There is of course no problem with that. But MY EXPERIENCE was that these women would always get out of the hard work. They would be placed in the shade, with their water, sorting tools, or filling out paperwork, or operating the elevator, or hosing down the dirt (to prevent all the dirt from flying up in to the air) getting paid the same as the men who were in the sun all day, lifting hundreds of pounds, getting injured, sunburnt, etc. It's like their focus was more to get women in the workplace and pay them the same rather than actually making them do the same job. I am fully aware this is one experience and not every situation but I've also seen it in the trucking industry and mostly male dominated fields.

The thing I dislike about modern feminism in the West is that it expects females to be a weird female-male hybrid rather than giving them more choices. For instance, mothers are damned if they return to work after having a child (traditionally male). They are also damned if they don't return to work (traditionally female).
