Its like everytime I am not playing Empire or anyone near Sylvania, Vlad and Isabella conquer the Empire, Kislev, and then either fight in Chaos wastes or Belegard who conquered the Vaults, wood elves, tilea and estalia, forcing me to deal with them either by attacking or just me being close now.

The Counts are generally in a functional place, but *sweet god* do they need some sort of Econ boost. They raid like crap, they sack like crap an the normal Econ is mid as hell.
