It was that C’tan with the question mark for a head, I think it was the Nightbringer, not sure, but you can see The Deceiver and the Void Dragon shoving that C’tan into Draigo’s body in one of the speedy flashes.

While they are guidelines and not legally enforceable, GW has been known to be a bully in terms of IP enforcement. I imagine he doesn't want to deal with them ontop of his new responsibilites as a parent. If this policy is reversed then TTS will continue but until then he will work on other projects in IPs that they know for sure support fan-made content as well as his own original IP. So The Deceiver is basically GW trying to maintain the status quo.

So, let's see if I got the Deceiver's explanation right. First, the World Engine shows up. Then, we see him drawing a Tyranid; I wonder if this implies he created them or that he "drew" them into the Galaxy... then a symbol I can't identify takes the screen, before a bunch of Grey Knights appear. The Deceiver shows his displeasure, with the Tyranid behind him (either turned against the Deceiver and was chasing him, or was just looking at the arrival of the Grey Knights alongside him). Then the Grey Knights beating Necrons, with Draigo standing atop a pile of defeated Necrons. Then the Outsider pops up between the Deceiver and the Tyranid, the Deceiver takes Draigo and merges the Outsider with him (Or at least a shard. Either way, it explains his insanity and power). Now, at the end he claims it was the product of a collaboration between him and Big E, but the Emperor claimed no knowledge of the Tyranids or the Grey Knights when he spoke of them with Kitten, so he either lied, didn't remember it due to his memory fragmentation, the Deceiver lied (figures) or Emps collaborated in some way that made him unaware of Nids or Grey Knights being a thing. All in all, only Draigo's power and madness was explained, while all other events are still shrowded in mystery. The World Engine's rampage started in 912 41M and Draigo became Supreme Grand Master in 901, and apparently his first act as such was to carve the previous douche's name onto Morty's heart. This suggests that the World Engine took an action relevant to nids and Grey Knights *before* its rampage through Imperial Space, or that the timeline gets blurry in the TTS verse... Fuck, Geedubs better changes its policies so TTS can continue and I can have my answers.
