Yes nurses aren't prepared for the real world through schooling ...you learn while you work...I've been a nurse for 15 years

Depends on your clinical sites and prior experience, if you have bad sites you don’t learn anything then you just wasted time

Each facility ( hospital,SNF,PIP, PUF etc) has its own approved formulary list based on insurance.

As a Medtech in California, it requires zero formal education. And you only get 24hrs worth of training before your expected to complete med pass on your own with out error. I’ve been doing this for 5 years…. I do everything I nurse does, without the license or the pay 😢
