@cpte3729
@cpte3729 Жыл бұрын
Movies where russians speak in russian accents arent historically accurate unless they are speaking english in the story as well. Russian accents speaking english are like english accents speaking russian. If the characters speak English for the convenience of the viewer but speak Russian in the story it doesnt make sense for them to have Russian accents because they are not speaking English. This is why in movies like The Death Of Stalin they speak english in a variety of british accents depending on what kind of russian accent theyd have if they spoke russian to the viewer

@@jamesrowlands8971 where are you getting those numbers? The current estimate is that Ukraine has lost about 100,000 while Russia has lost 180,000. Also, I don't think it was disrespectful to comment on the fact that Russia is laughable right now, Ukrainians have fought hard and honorably, but Russia has also made massive blunders, and the rampant corruption that the west has known about for years is finally affecting their once Great War machine

@@jamesrowlands8971 the estimate I am basing this on is from the Norwegian Ministry of Defense from the 23 of January, just a few days ago. If you'd like to look at various estimates and who is making them look at en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casualties_of_the_Russo-Ukrainian_War Select the section on this invasion and you'll see military losses on both sides, and Ukrainian civilians as well.
