This video is applicable at all ages, but especially important for those in high school aged 14-18.
This is the age where we have the most potential, where we think the most about our futures.
Because of this, it's easy to get lost in our hopes and dreams, so much so, that we may end up forgetting to enjoy and appreciate the life we have now.
Don't make this mistake!

I think about this a lot. I'm 14 years old and I spend a lot of time stressing about school and extracurriculars, and whatever bullsh*t. Because, supposedly, every choice we make affects our future. But I'll make sure to enjoy myself and have fun with my friends and throw away my phone so I can better enjoy my today. To more memories, regardless of my age, cheers.

In 8th grade my life turned upside down with a trauma (not gonna give any details) In 9th grade I got bullied,had a mean teacher and I was sad. In 10th grade, I got bullied, discriminated and depressed. I wanted to die. I felt numb. Empty. Emotionless. And now, I'm in 11th grade and dealing with almost 6 mental health issues,0 friends or people I can trust or to open up, feeling exhausted, depressed and I just feel like I'm not good enough. I feel like a complete idiot who can't even do simple things. I don't wanna look back and say "good old times". I really wanna kms if I do so. This is crazy and all messed up. Edit: Now I will almost finish 11th grade. And I'm feeling better. I'm trying to change my mindset and pov. I got a new reply and remembered about this comment I've written. I have friends now and there are people I can trust, even if I can't open up. I'm just studying to get the life I want. And hopefully I will :)

As a side note: not to get preachy, but the book of Ecclesiastes in the Bible talks a lot about this theme of enjoying life where you are. Basically just enjoy all the wonderful things God has given you in life as you live life, not putting your sole purpose in any vain desires of future or past things to do or have done, but still giving thanks to God through it all.

It's just a recent lesson I've learned, that if you say you'll be happy once you get something, you'll never be happy because there will always be another thing you want to get or another stressful environment you'll want to leave. I wish i learned that lesson sooner and not 2 months before school ends lol

Last 3 months of high school, we take a huge uni acceptance exam where i live in june and competition is fierce. I can't remember the last time i did something fun with my friends and excluding student clubs and friends the fun parts of my high school experience seems non-existent. I'm by no means a perfect student but i would say i'm better than most people in that regard, i have been doing everything in my power to not go through this wake up eat study sleep experience once again and i'm confused out of my goddamn mind. I really hope that these aren't the best or it will be all downhill from here.

You should think about the future, make good decisions to have a good, fulfilling life, but don’t forget to enjoy the moment. You will never get to be here again and it’s good that you’re living in the present brother! In terms of loneliness, sometimes it gets lonely, it seems scary sometimes thinking what will happen once you leave school and venture out on your own, but you’ll find a good group of solid people that get you, that support you and you’ll realise, they’re all you’ll ever need!

@Cube_Box Regardless if it's a bad password or not, it's not good to show passwords on the internet. It doesn't matter if it's strong or not if it's shown to the world. Security works in layers. Having strong Password is one layer, not exposing or sharing passwords is another layer, and having firewalls and 2mfa enabled is another layer. You want to enforce as many layers as practical in a business sense, even if you can't get them all. Not exposing a Password is a pretty cheap and simple layer to have to keep a system secure and should be enforced, even if it's a "bad password"

@@UCXIYaoCl9_XXf92wnfEaEEA it does however make no difference statistically speaking if it is done by mistake once because in reality entire databases are compiled and sold in the dark web and they're downlodable as torrent files The worst thing here is for people to reuse their passwords and never change it because sites get hacked all the time So if someone wanted to target you specifically, they'd probably have many a multitude of sources to perform OSINT assuming you aren't diligent with your online activity and/or ended up in a database leak/data broker site for sell Your point however is valid, one should avoid sharing their password but that password must be renewed after a certain period of time anyway and you shouldn't reuse passwords to not be prone to password spraying attacks and what not. Using password managers which run locally(not cloud) on your device is one of the best way to manage your passwords for eg keepassxc which is FOSS

needed to hear this! it definitely hit me last year the hardest when I turned 20 and it dawned on me that i wasn’t a teenager anymore and didn’t do any stereotypical teenagery things but then again i look back on those years and think about how much fun i had. i wish i didn’t rush to get older, i remember being 13 and being so excited to get in uni and now that im in my third year and heading to my fourth and final next year, it’s crazy to think about how much has changed. How many trivial things i worried about that ultimately meant nothing and had no resounding impact on my life. I’ve definitely learnt to live for the now and to focus on the time we’re in now, to give myself the space to grow and prevent myself from being entrapped in the cycle of ‘back then’. Because at the end of the day, I know I’m going to be looking back at right now thinking the same thing. Idk was longer than intended but I think it proves how great this 4 min vid was at hitting that spot. Great vid! Subbed :)
