I agree with everything mentioned in this video 100%. I'll be 80 in January 2025. My assets are my muscular toned legs, hips, back and arms. I look younger because the skin on my arms is smooth and toned. I could be mistaken for being in my mid-50s. My waist is 27". I do strength training and bodyweight exercises. I have only two prescriptions regularly. I may stop one prescription to see the difference without it.

What a timely enlightenment. I only know of walking. I'm becoming tired and lower back, shoulders & knees joints pains. I'm just on my 83rd year and living all alone. I shall start on these exercises to prevent imbalanced feeling and work gradual exercises on the joint and prevent sitting for long time. I highly benefit. I 've refused taking analgesic to ease my pains believing there should be other solutions. Thanks a lot.

It all depends on the individual. I will celebrate my 84th birthday next month - November 2024. I stopped jogging 20 kms 4X weekyl when I hit my 81st birthday, then cutting the distance to 16 and then 12 kms 4X a week. Now I do a jog/walk 10 kms 3 or 4X weekly. I do not take vitamins or supplements and watch my diet not religiously, but with some care. I do not suffer from any allergies or need to take medication of any sort. I read without having to wear glasses, and also drive day or night without having to wear them, either. I can eat what I wish without having to check what's on the food labels. I gave up smoking overnight when I was 35 years old. I can drink whatever I like, but prefer red wine occasionally. I started my 5X weekly jogging sessions when I hit my 40th year. Not boasting, but just sharing!
