I eat papaya, raisins, lemon juice everyday! Also apples, banana & mangoes. My friend told me I don't look my age. Also, I go for facials every month, massage once a week or whenever necessary. This is how I love & take care of myself for almost four decades now.

I am running 80 now. I don't eat any of these fruits. My health is fine. On an average, daily, I walk 4Kms in about 50 minutes. No meat or fish. Just one egg daily. Light meals and exercise are what one needs to maintain reasonably good health.
