I grew up in Moscow, and am now living in Europe, studying abroad. Watching this made me miss home a bit. I love my hometown, and to see it all again in this video.

We just got back from visiting our student son in Moscow. It reminds me a bit of Auburn, CA. We love the fun community pool, arboretum, walkability and great restaurants!! If we ever decide to leave the crush of the Treasure Valley we would definitely consider Moscow. Other pluses, as you mentioned, are its nearness to Coeur d’Alene and Washington State.

The town caters to college students, and restaurants are mainly fast food and pizza. Housing prices are very, very high!

Thank you for the video and I guess what crosses my mind are why the real estate agents reaching out to people in other states to get people to buy homes there? What happened to the locals being able to purchase homes in that area, The homes seems so over priced there. Also, why are the new models like pack and stacks right next to each other. There is really no privacy. I am sure people are moving there for a sense of community with blend with the locals, I would hope. I live in Arkansas in a popular area and I am seeing the same trend. We moved here from a big city to come here for the southern hospitality and what we are surprised to see are a lot of transplants with no accents at all, most of them are in rural areas. Also, I find another trend of people who do have the money not wanting to spend on overpriced housing but wanting to live affordably with a little more greenery then your typical modular or new builds offer. We live in a pretty nice part and there are alot of people selling these big homes and going for more affordability with a back yard and privacy and neighbors that care and share the same values . I kind of makes me wonder if even middle class to rich americans are wanting to downsize then who are these homes being built for? Overseas people coming in? I just hope these places continue to remain beautiful and green and not desserts. I kinda feel bad for the locals people who have always lived there and too expensive to buy a home now. We'll see what this place look like in a couple of years along with some other beautiful places. We truly live in a different world. Thanks for sharing.

No, it's a waste of fuel and brake pads if there is nobody else at the intersection. Stops signs are for people who struggle with critical thinking and at life in general.

You should also tell them that the real estate is overpriced and OVER TAXED. It is the town of the murder of the two college co eds. Prices for rental are outlandish. And, we are the home of Christi's Church and Doug Wilson. Look that up if you want to eye opening experience. Be honest with these individuals, please. The cost of living here is horrendous!

I'd rather you not advertise the area and destroy its quaintness. I've lived here for over 50 years and I assume you are into real estate and ruining beautiful areas.
