I find this concept somewhat difficult to grasp, I've tried to approach it a few times... I've let go of some labels, but I seem to still cling onto others. I will say though, I created a character I like to dress up as that allows me to shed all of my identities, fears, stress, everything, literally forget about what I really think I know about myself and just be a free spirit, happy and devoid of all suffering in the moment when I'm taking a break from the world and from playing the role as "me". I feel like it's possibly the closest I've ever been to reaching this state of enlightenment, because when I shift into this character form, I simply let myself exist, and be in the moment, and not think about who I know or what is happening. I simply sit in nature, taking a break from everything I associate with me.
