I recommend that you change your air filter and if the smell is still noticeable. You need to have your exhaust/ engine checked. For your Bluetooth you might need to add your phone back in the system. In some car, when the battery drops below a certain voltage or is removed the computer inside your car is reset.

As far as ur car, it may have just blown a fuse ! Check ur owners manual and see which fuse correlates to the Bluetooth or maybe just the stereo as a whole. Under ur hood there usually are a set of one extra fuse per connection in case one blows. If not, auto stores have them for like 3$ ! Typically you’ll replace it under ur steering wheel for most new cars I think. That’s where mine was at least. (:
