I never chase… I let people play themselves out of my life. Whether it’s relationships/friendship/family, because if you feel like you have to do the most with someone to have them in your life that just means they aren’t really meant to be there. Choose people who choose you. ✌🏼

When you are done with a bad relationship, it is usually cos u start investing in your self worth. When u value yourself, so do others. Beware of those who come back, if you allow them in too soon & too eager, you teach them that you are too available. Scarcity creates desire ,human psychology. Im unafraid of anything. Whatever comes to me, it is only welcome if it is the right way. Make space for those who treat you well. And you treat them right too

@jeffinjoseph89165 ай бұрын
As a dude the same thing happened to me, this was the first time I knew that I was attracted to someone and I knew that they also liked me, they were the one to initiate conversation. Now I don't have any experience with this so I have no moves or experience really, I just knew that I liked them and I wanted to talk to them. So I would message them just wanting to talk, send them things that I thought were funny, but they were just bad at messaging or it seems they weren't interested. They were always online but they would take hours or sometimes days to reply, and this honestly hurt a lot. But whenever we meet in person we flirt or at least try to and that is just so confusing, where did I go wrong. I wanted to tell them that they need to get better at messaging but also feel like I don't her well enough to tell her that. Sorry for the rant, just wanted to vent 😊

It’s best to not entertain the type of guys that needs to play this game altogether bc you will have to stay cold and not be yourself just to be treated with respect. I’m naturally warm and giving. I don’t want to be with someone that I have to overthink what comes naturally just to not get played. MANY individuals often find their happiness through the presence of loved ones. It's IMPORTANT to keep in mind that the people we love contribute to our joy, yet ultimately, WE ARE accountable to our own happiness. Rather than blaming to others, it's worth recognizing that WE ARE responsible for our own well-being. While some might lay blame on others, it's more constructive to acknowledge that true contentment stems from within and isn't solely reliant on others.😮 That is why we shouldn't be VERY defensive

I can prove this whole thing false. Every time I chose to walk away, I NEVER look back. And when they return, and many will try, I keep going! Once I walk I'm gone, I'm literally gone! And don't come being a narcissist and stalking me either. I am not afraid to use a nuke button, should that ever occur! I want absolutely nothing to do with someone, once I walk. Too bad so sad sorry! So go for it, let them all walk! And if you walk from me, I totally understand. Same rule, do not come back to me if one decides to walk from me! Keep it simple, and none of this petty mind games bullshit and I should know better anyways. That's for the hard and weak. Softness is true strength. Choose people that choose you. The ones that are meant for you will be meant for you. Those are the ones that stay and the one's you'll stay for even if you haven't communicated in years.

Small "aha" from around 3:50 People can be so quick to judge other people for behaviors their brain is telling them to do as a response of their own actions. If Person A is desperate and Person B senses that desperation and their amygdala is activated and tells them to resist by fighting or fleeing, Person A may be quick to label Person B as unloving or avoidant or emotionally unavailable, when all Person B was doing was responding to a biological trigger, that's not their fault, they received a signal and acted accordingly. I think adopting a compassionate view of Person B's behavior as a result of Person A's desperation would help Person A reframe their view of Person B, because in manifesting using the Law of Assumption what we assume to be true is what is true, so if Person A labels Person B as avoidant then Person B will be avoidant, but if Person A views Person B as a human who responds in kind to signals from their brain, then they may be inclined to discover how they can help Person B receive loving and nurturing signals.
