Thank you. You have been helping me... Balance and Regulate my tendency to over analyze and be obsessive. This... Of course...overwhelms me. I try not to spill this onto my boyfriend, but when I am not as successful as I could be in balancing, I tend to distance to protect him which makes me again over analyze. I have ADHD with autistic tendencies and so understanding relationships had been difficult if it's not something I can study to learn like a text book. But... You make it easy. ❤ You have no idea...
