Okay! 100% agreed about antibiotics but what about the pesticides etc being used on vegetables and crops and that too like crazy!!! How to combat that!! Everything is just loaded with chemicals these days!! And organic etc is just viable for people with good income sources!! Specially in a country like India where majority chunk is from middle class or below!

Not sure which antibiotics can resist Indian cooking ? Where as there is no evidence that pesticides gets eliminated by normal washing or during Indian style cooking. It’s better to ask right questions and do the research by our self instead of looking at things biased

In short... THERE'S NO SOLUTION 😅😅😂😂😂 This is true for vegetables too. The only way to compensate is to live a healthier life by following certain simple rules... Exercise regularly, live a simpler less stressful life, ingrain healthy habits, don't try to compete everywhere, love your family Your health will automatically be great.

Moral of the story plant your own vegetables and fruits trees at home as much as possible. And farm your own chicken for healthier life happy gut. No body will ever tell you to do this because they live in high class society and they are away form rural life.

The expensive eggs say the chickens are fed on turmeric etc .. that explains the orange colour of the yolk .. but the other questions are.. are they caged birds? .. extremely cruel. Are they given antibiotics too? The orange yolk guarantees nothing, though the prices are so much higher !! Can the govt inspectors please visit the farm and certify the details??
