Imho purpose and meaning are human constructs. We invented the notion of meaning and purpose and meaning. I agree we need everyone. If we only had doctors - well... ...I mean... ...someone needed to teach those doctors how to tie their shoelaces, how to read and write... ...someone had to invent a CT scanner and so on and so forth.
