2 eggs.
Erythrinol 2 tbsp (or other sweetener).
Cranberry 80g.
Almonds 80 g.
Brush the mold with vegetable oil.
I have avocado oil.
Pour the mixture into the mold.
40 minutes in the oven at 180°C/356°F.
Allow the cake to cool.
