Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyozaki is what sparked it for me. After reading that book it changed the way I thought about making money. So much so that on vacation, my wife and I decided to sell our house, which had a nice chunk of equity. Acting upon that idea changed our trajectory. I like to save we leveled up!

The best thing you can do both is learn who you are and understand why you do what you, and what are your motivations. Ex. Money ain't my motivation my desire to be comfortable is my motivation so I work in order to be comfortable. Hope that helps as well

I was at my job for almost 9 years, and a few weeks ago I was terminated cause of a stupid decision I made. So for a while I've been going through your channel and Just really trying to get what you advice and all. And honestly I have learned a lot and I agree with a point in this post. You see, I am 20, 21 in July and I come from a third world country where all these opportunities are just so limited. Okay its just complete school, get a job, get married, have kids and your life is over as a woman. I am a freelance ghostwriter but then there is so much limitation and so much restrictions. But I guess the main thing is just the mindset, I haven't really done a lot of reading but, I have a mindset that really wants to break past that limitation and I just keep searching for a way out and just generally rejecting those limitations.
