Businesses and contractors if it's in an area where it's cheaper than hotels. Being realistic it's not going to be full for the whole year. There's a house down my street that's the same £2800 a month... Sometimes there are a few company vans outside and sometimes it sits empty for weeks.

Hasn't Damien just admitted to fraud by using a loan for something he knows the bank would not have lent it for (and even if they would, not the use he claimed when applying)? The purpose of the loan is material to the lending risk and therefore the interest rate on credit, so is this not misrepresentation in the hope of financial benefit a.k.a. fraud?
