New Perfect Cheese Bun Recipe, Just Bake These Buns! Simply delicious! Homemade bread is better than store bought!
Homemade bread contains a minimum of the simplest ingredients and contains no chemicals.
Be sure to try this homemade bread recipe at home - you will love making your own bread and will make it every day! Bake bread with Maria.
How do you bake white bread? I'll show you how in my video recipe.
Ingredients:
200 ml warm milk.
Add 50 grams of sugar.
7 grams of yeast.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour.
Mix well.
Cover and let rise for 15 minutes.
Watch the video up to the end to know the details of this recipe.
Crack 2 medium eggs.
Mix well.
Sift 500 g flour.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix well.
Add 120g melted butter.
Mix well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough on the table.
The better you knead the dough, the softer it will be.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil and put the dough in it.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Grease the work surface with sunflower oil.
Roll out the dough with your hands.
Divide into 2 parts.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
Repeat after me! And everything will work out!
Roll the dough into small balls.
Do the same for the 2nd half of the test.
Cover the dough for 10 minutes.
Roll out each piece of dough as I show.
Repeat after me.
Put a piece of cheese on the dough.
My cheese is called mozzarella.
Fold the dough as I show.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Cover future rolls for another 10-15 minutes.
1 egg.
Lubricate the buns.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 35-40 minutes.
Our excellent rolls are ready.
Let the buns cool down.

OMGoodness these look fabulous. I was an artisan baker but I became disabled at age 40. I have not baked much lately. I have bad arthritis. But these look so good I am going to do it with my caregiver tonight. I am a night person as I worked in a bakery from Midnight to 10:30 am four days a week for many years and I liked that schedule. I am also autistic and it suited me and I mostly kept it. Thanks for the recipe and taking the time and effort to record it so thoroughly and competently.
