I want to share a simple but very successful recipe for delicious bread with tomatoes and smoked bacon. The dough for this bread is very easy to work with. The perfect recipe, just bake it! Simply delicious!

Hab’ das Brot gerade nachgebacken; doppelte Menge gemacht und statt frischen Tomaten getrocknete Tomaten unter den Teig gemischt. Das Brot ist der Hammer!!!! Aber man muss Knoblauch mögen…!

Es schmeckt KÖSTLICH! Statt Speck habe ich Feta und Gauda verwendet nach allen anderen von dir gezeigten Zutaten, habe ich noch Röstzwiebeln reingedrückt- mit dem Knoblauch war ich nicht so geizig wie du 😊 Ein TOLLES Rezept!

Mehr als satt kann man nicht werden. Man kann es sich aber so lecker machen wie man kann. Das kann nur schmecken. Das ist schon fast eine sizilianische Pizza. Nur noch Parmesan u fertig. Nur der Speck ist dann nicht dabei. Aber wir haben ja alles da was man sich wünschen kann. Fisch Zucchini....Pilze.....Danke dafür. Tolles Abendessen vorm TV oder beim kuscheln.

Sehr gutes Rezept, gesündere Fassung: Die Hälfte des Mehls durch Haferflocken, und die Hälfte des Wassers durch Joghurt ersetzen. Wird total locker und flaumig.
