This message is for someone who needs to hear this and will fully understand it... You are not define by your circumstance or your past. It’s not what happened to you that determines your success in life; it is how you deal with those circumstances that determines your success in life. You are strong, you are capable and practice forgiveness (Forgiveness is for you; forgive your parents or anyone whom we have chosen to hurt us, to begin the process of healing and freedom. Remember: Forgiveness is for you to be freed, healed and happy. It’s a RESET BUTTON) and practice gratitude everyday. This will change the course of your life forever. Love you always and I believe in you wholeheartedly no matter what ✨❤️ - Nat

Spot on video! Through experience I've reached the conclusion that if someone makes me feel on edge or anxious or basically makes me feel stressed they don't get a second date or get together. It just isn't worth it.

Yes exactly. We have to know our worth and protect our inner peace. Protect ourselves from toxic people who cannot contribute to us in positive way.

HI Jay and others, enjoyed watching this video and the information you provided. "Problems and wrongs as conversation starters" - isn't this interesting? I find that too and your point that the internet and social media are providing glitzy perfect worlds and people!! Listening is the number one skill and just 'being with someone' and not giving advice....so important! thanks

Sometimes I think we can find "healthy" in our friendships too. I have a guy friend that has a secure attachment. He's open, honest, communicative, sensitive and understanding. He can tell me about himself without getting defensive or combative later. He's like having a little cheerleader in my corner because he's open in being supportive. It's nice being able to know what that feels like.. Now I have an example of how I should be treated.
