I love this. I remember when I met you in Denver, you asked about me and I was so caught off guard by that and I walked away so moved by that. I’m used to asking the questions and listening. Thanks for another great message. It’s always fun to listen to you while working out in the mornings.

i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.

I so needed to listen to this! Yes, just like you said in the video, to shut up and let our hearts do the listening. You must know this quote pretty well: Those who have the eyes will see, and those who have the ears will hear. God bless you, Ed.

This is timely for me. I recently started teaching people doing sales to SKETCH what the prospect is saying so they they SEE you were listening. People really appreciate proof that they are being heard....and they reward you for it!

i remember feeling like i was always the one fading into the background while others stood out effortlessly. it was frustrating and made me doubt myself a lot. then i came across this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it showed me things i’d never even considered. it’s not just a self-help book; it’s like a guide to understanding your own energy and using it to connect with people. if you’ve ever felt like you’re not seen, this book might change everything.

Ed Thanks for the content you provide. I had noticed that you had been injecting the last word in someone else's answers to your questions lately. I had a friend that used to do that and it did feel like my words were being stolen. I find that I bulldoze people by trying to be smarter than everyone else so I sometimes dominate the conversation. Something I am cognizant of and need to do more of the listening instead of talking and proving. Have a great one and I hope you and yours are doing great!

i remember this one time i felt like no matter what i did, people just didn’t notice me. i tried everything-confidence boosters, social tips, you name it-but nothing seemed to work. then i found this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it completely shifted how i saw myself. it’s not just about being noticed; it’s about understanding the energy you project. honestly, this book made all the difference for me. if you’ve ever felt invisible, you need to read it.

one night i was scrolling through my phone, feeling like i’d never figure out why some people just seem so magnetic. then i came across this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and something about it caught my attention. reading it was like turning on a light in a dark room. it’s not about pretending to be someone you’re not; it’s about unlocking the energy you already have. trust me, this book is worth every page

💯. IM Struggling with living with someone that never stops talking about themselves. Never do they ever wait for anyone to stop talking to respond. Constantly interrupting and talking over people. Can't stand being around them.

To have had the opportunity of a lifetime to have a prolong discussion about life and how to make a successful life and not take advantage of it! I feel sorry for this person. I have been blessed to have had a brief conversation with Ed and what i would give to sit back, listen and soak in how to make life successful. God bless you and yours Ed for a blessed 2025.

When I have a conversation with someone I usually wait for a pause then ask a question about what they talked about to either clarify or expand further. When I do this they begin to realize hey this person is really listening and if there is something I can relate I share a brief story to open a further dialogue that they may also share their story. The take away is you never know what you will learn about the person who may be more relatable to you than you think. I try to not judge a book by its cover (I think we at some point are guilty of this ) However, we may gain more knowledge of a skill we never had before or the conversation opening door to an opportunity that can be life changing. I'm not saying all conversation is excitement but you never know where it may lead in the end. May be a new business deal or relationship. You never know until you read a person's autobiography book beyond the surface of the outside cover. 😊

So much brilliant nuggets in this upload....as usual, I have picked up 3 more tips to add to my listening habits. In Nigeria though, finishing your boss or any other person sentences is considered as listening and very interested, in fact it is looked at as being smart.

The most important thing you can do as a listener is to be genuine. If you don't feel something don't say it because it ends up sounded "canned."

I hope 2025 will be a great year for everyone of us. I hope that I will always have everything that is needed to treat my brain health issues. I did not want to mention this, but I must be crystal clear about it: sometimes I struggle with despair and the search for meaning. I survived Christmas and January 1st. A friend of mine did not.

I am a good listener, but when I get trapped by someone who *constantly* talks about themselves (and I struggle to extricate myself), it makes me never want to talk to that person again. SUCH a turn off

I work with someone who loves to hear themselves talk and it always is about themselves and trying to impress everybody all the time and this person will redirect all conversations back to them. It can be emotionally draining and tiresome to the point I can predict what they're going to say.
