I'm a bipolar recovering addict, and I really needed to hear all of this. might have wrong end of stick here but sometimes i think best thing to do is stop overthinking and just go for it and take chance, if you get knocked back or ignored at least you tried, also with financial or some other goals don't think that you have to do it all asap just keep cool calm head and work way through and take what action you can
