I like time boxing. Do something you don't like, but limit it to like 30 minutes. It's probably the same as your 2-minute rule, just extended. Especially useful for cleaning or things that by default can never be "100% completed".

This is so random but you look so much like my therapist who's also in her 40s. This sorta makes me more inclined pay attention to what you're saying (I suspect I have ADHD as well). Great content 😊

Last year I made a resolution to reverse my insulin resistance and lose weight, so I went on a keto/almost carnivore diet with no cheating at all for 9 months, and only lost 4lbs. I was so frustrated and disappointed that I went back to eating my normal and gained the 4 pounds back in a matter of weeks. But I’m starting again in 2025! I’ll track down whatever my mistakes were and keep trying 😅 I’ve got to lose these 20lbs, and get stronger as I’m hitting my 40th birthday this year. I want to be at the top of my game!

Ohhhh I know how frustrating it is to lose weight I’ve been on a roller coaster almost my whole life up and down up and down I’m 65 now and finally down to my weight goal However I want to be even healthier so I’ve been looking into “ eating for you’re blood type “ it’s suppose to be so beneficial you not only lose weight but you’ll be nourishing your body with the correct foods . Figure out your blood type first by getting a blood test from dr or they sell kits to find out your blood type . Positive and negative doesn’t matter it’s your blood type like I’m 0 negative . They have a list of foods yes to certain foods no to certain foods and sometimes to certain foods . They say all health ailments disappear 🌻🌻🌻

I am not a doctor but I would choose a healthy diet that is not dangerous on your organs. Whole food plant based is best. Avoid processed food especially cold cuts. Do very small changes. One week cut cold cuts, then cut bread that contains sugar, then cut adding sugar to coffee and tea and so on and so forth… many years ago I stoped adding sugar to my coffee and it seemed impossible to ever drink it black and like it and now I do!

@@klimtkahloI fall on the traditional diet/Weston A Price food camp so I really believe in the importance of grass-fed pasture-raised animal products for health. I didn’t eat any ultra processed foods like deli meats at all during those months, but I rarely eat them anyway.
